    well, with "no devices" i mean "no electronic things" so i guess your solution still falls under the restriction

    id:2741930 | it uses cray but its technically a cray bomb, not a device, so i guess it doesnt ignore the restrictions?

    forgot to say that everyone can use a normal amount of dest in their bomb
