Takes co2, turns it into oxygen (ecofriendly!) Cools the oxygen down, feeds it into a platinum hydrogen cell, then theres a neut+elec hydrogen generator, the hydrogen goes into the cell with the oxygen. Power and water! There are pipe toggles.
