As the conflict between the FSS and the UIP drags on, the FSS has seen the need to field smaller and less resource-intensive flagships for its fleets. The Arbitrator is the product, being used in situations not needing a Sol or Lune class battecruiser.

    Once The conflict between the FSS and UIP are concluded, OSCR Co. (Orbital Ship Construction and Refurbishment). will take contracts willingly. We hope to corpotate with you in the near future.

    Silo88 - as the FSS (blues) are currently embroiled in a war against UIP (reds) the FSS are not currently taking contracts for new warships. However, feel free to use the ship if you'd like!
