This one's a bit more clever than my version one, honestly. It utilises a PTNM - ISOZ reaction to generate photons in high amounts. Free to copy / use, but please give credit.

    V2 is a significant advantage over V1 as it can release higher outputs of SPRK over longer periods and the PTNM interacting with ISOZ allows for a near instant startup for the reactor.

    With version 3, I'm hoping to reuse the resulting plutonium from the reactions and perhaps recycle it as a fuel source for a secondary, smaller reactor next to it or something.
