I fixed the Perpetual Heat Machine's mistake -- I accidentally blocked the fan's input, so it didn't have enough cooling. This actually led to the Perpetural Heat Machine exploding after some time, which I didn't notice at first. Anyways, here's an "AC".

  For some reason it doesn't want to go below 16C, does anyone know why?
