A rework of the Neutron Grenade I made a while back. Main changes are that it now uses a HEAC - INSL composite material, and it also has a small and simple LIFE cooling mechanism. Free to copy with credit.

    hmm good design but it will still indirectly injure the thrower by melting the ground
