This is a refined second version of my original design, which was fairly low effort to be honest. It now features a charger and discharger with an ARAY based SPRK limiter to try and keep the output equal with the input. Free to copy with credit.

    Gonna keep working on V2 unless I end up coming up with a bunch of new ideas on how to optimise this.

    in theory it should multiply the sprk by x1.125 on average.

    Updated the charger by adding in some ARAY to control the charge-up rate so that it has a lower chance of being charged for too long.
