Had a weird dream today that involved making this, so I must be playing too much Powder Toy. Might use this in a laser rifle I might make ingame. Free to copy with credit.

    @geoatom It's a capacitor. The DLAY mechanism is integrated into the capacitor to essentially control the SPRK's flow through it.

    Just updated the Capacitor design a little bit. Mainly just adjusted it so that the DLAY utilised for controlling the SPRK flow are now neatly attached to the Capacitor.
