It should be a bomb, not reator. I don't know why I put it as that. It explodes when the water boils. Or just kinda melts.

this isn't a nuclear reactor at all, just a coal heated steam bottle with nuclear material inside it.

I admittedly don't quite see the point in this being a nuclear reactor, because all the energy seems to primarily come from BCOL and not the URAN.
