Creates two steady streams of photons, which get converted into NEUT and ELEC through INVS and BIZR, respectively. The resulting HYDR is kept in a cooled container. Use this save however you like

    I believe it does, however, converting photons to protons requires HYGN, which I'm trying to create (paradox)
