I mean, it might work if a good image sensor could be made. Optics are hard, this took a lot of small adjustments, and still is nowhere near perfect. Attempted asherpical element to help with aberrations. Extremely approx. focal length estimate 85mm

    It would be cool if there was actually a way to focus properly rather than just fixed focus@infinity, only way I can think of is GPMP perhaps. If you mean like a Foveon sensor, sure. You'd basically just leave the chromatic aberations uncorrected. Otherwise like, microprisms? I don't think TPT has the granularity for that though

    Love how well it focuses, is it possible to sort the wavelengths along the height of the sensor?
