    thats actually what i been working on, id:2856691 is the save. i think that subframe is a solution to weights but its going to be very hard learning it

    Some of the tags are inacurate. like "learning" and "sentient". it cannot learn. Its just a plain simple nural-net.

    There are no weights on the network. Also there would need to be negative weights. Overall good idea, keep improving this. +1

    the more a neuron is activated. the more mercury is added to it. making its chances to fire once more higher. and the less it is used. mercury is removed making it to fire less likely
