first of all neutronium exist already its not a strong material it is not a material that generates neutrons it is in fact a bomb of radiation decay. neutronium is found in the heart of neutron stars and could be the thing stoping neutron stars from collapsing.

those are actually photons, it's a property of neutrons to create photons when travelling throughh glass
