    Its basicly a race. whoever reaches and reactivates the omega first decides what happens to it and consequently to knarock.

    technicly,any Nation who got that Transmission cann folow the steps,wich two Nations that have knarock are curently doing. and any Nation who gets to the control panel has complete controll of my sistem parameters ,overides,and purpose programming.

    open control panel area 2,and Insert a Energie surce equal to a 10relik coin,and then enter Security Clearance code:73838.3 control sistem will Boot Up,and you cann then Open the reactor hatches and insert ither he3,or another Energie surce.then start the Program:LimitedStartupSistemSituation32 wich will Boot Up the control Panel next to it,and alow you to activate Essential sistems and main Computer sistems to some extend,and then start the Programm:overideaicontrolsistemai23percentage82.
