    because blacks king will get to whites pawn first and the white king can simply attack the pawn and cause a stalemate and if black pushes his pawn out of the blacks kings reach white willt take and it will be stalemate

    I don't know what you're going for with this, this game is a draw even if white takes en passant because the white king can't get to the pawn in time to defend it against the black king.
