  I finally got this to work using an unoptimal method.

  I have just realised that by syncronisers are not frame perfect. I will work on that.

  for almost frame precision i use lines of NTCT that is connected to a BTRY, meaning i only read inputs at a known times and so i dont need to worry about inputs arriving late affecting smaller parts.

  Nice +1. How do you solve timing/sychronisation issues if you're using slow wires instead of INST in complex builds like computers?
