According to the Strike Empire, you are half-right and half-wrong. They do use force, although in a political manner, and less of a physical one.
I was a senator infact, and I did absolutly nothing.
Senators are not as oppressive as you belive. The VSS on the other hand is close to how you have described it. but after a recent coup by it (to remove the president) it fell into shambles, now it is rebuilding itself.
