Modular factory that refines STNE and BCOL to make electrical grade silicon. Decided not to make an over complicated STNE from scratch factory on this and just focus on the silicon stuff

    The most interesting thing is that theoretically you can do without BCLN and CLNE! Water can be obtained from OXYG and HYGN, which can be obtained from NEUT and ELEC, and these can be obtained from PHOT (GLOW reactor). BCOL - from PLNT processing, which requires only water. The hardest part is STNE, which will require a highly efficient PROT collider, but this is probably also possible.
