I was inspired to try and design this after seeing DrajarB's platinum cell save. I then proceeded to design what I'm referring to as a Molecular Machine, because calling it a cellular automaton would be unfair to GOL elements. Copy with credit.

Long story short is that I usually take each particle of it, configure it in lines, layer the lines and then assemble it from the layered pixels.

How do you configure it for a certain material?

The machine, in this case, eats the raw materials (The powders in the test chamber) to produce PTNM, WARP and two particular gases (OXYG and HYGN) which are then used to increase growth rate. They're meant to mimic the function of cell saves like fred, for example, but with the intent of them consuming resources in order to produce particular materials that either help it grow or potentially reshape its environment.

@plutonium68 There are similarities because it was inspired by the fred cell save. The differences are that the molecular machine is designed with reactions in mind. Basically, it repurposes materials in order to grow, but it uses the reactions between elements (Such as PTNM + OXYG + HYGN > PTNM (SPRK) and DSTW) to try and grow faster. The goal is that the machines could be made more complex by structuring different cells.
