tptasm: mov r0,0x0; mov r3,0x7; dw 0x11100231 send r0,r2; mov r2,[r3]; send r0,r2; hlt; dw 0x680065; readHigh(A,B) = 0x11100AB1. readHigh(ra,rb) is like mov, exept it reads the high 13 bits. It also only has 1 opand mode of readHigh ra,[rb].
