The Bovine Empire begins research on Oleum Prime, a planet they had been informed about by a few other empires. It is a carbon planet seeping with oil, and this is one of the drier locations, 60% of the planet's surface is oil ocean.

SamDwich 23rd Jun 2022These randomly fire for about 30 minutes at a time, then they stop. It is unknown why they stop and we are researching it, however it will require precise landings of heavy equipment which, given the cloud cover obscuring the entire surface, is very unlikely.
