Loco'Popule infection by CosmicCypher
Several instances of the infection known as the Hum'Caro plague. It was accidentaly created in a lab by scientists testing on human DNA. It is ever-evolving to fit it's envrinroment, able to change it's form in close to 6 seconds. It is highly dangerous.
