calling this dionite cause no other names, and it uses depleted/dead radioactive materials as its core focus. high tmp values on polo render it "infertile", so i have used some in the 3rd layer. attempted realism btw

I've messed around with making ultra-strong alloys a couple of years ago, but i never made something this durable. +1

changed life values of sprk and ptnm a bit so the shd4 was actually useful
