it doesnt work for you because youre meant to delete the rest of the diamond in the outcome tube, i made this optional so that you can use it to compact things like THDR into one pixel too.
those 2 random holes mark the central point of each vertex, since the triangle itself has some width, the final pixel of the output tube is the third one, they mark the exact position for the vertices
it is not easy to make, its not a regular triangle, each side has the exact same length, which is hard to achieve by only using the scaling option with the cursor triangle shape

eh, seems pretty easy to make. You could've just pressed tab 2 times, stamp and then rotate, or press alt + shift when using dmnd
