    The issue with the design is the weight. At 70 tonnes, most common place transportation couldn't carry it across our glorious motherland. Thus, the T-10 with it's more lightweight design, was chosen. Cost was also an issue, lot of political dissidents must be sent to gulag for one.

    didn't the real is7 have a automatic fire extinguisher in it? maybe use spnge for that
