    VIBR normally explodes into EXOT, but if it has nowhere to go, it becomes WARP with a high tmp2 value, the same result as bombarding EXOT with electrons. The high tmp2 value superheats the WARP and causes it to create electrons. If combined with neutrons, instant fusion will result.
