For context on how this works, FILT utilizes it's .ctype value to store 30 wavelengths in binary, it also doubles as a readable, serializatable code in 8 bits of hex, with formula value = 0x10000000 + (n), where n is the value. PROP accepts hex codes, try it out!

there's no "data" property in filt
tmp of elements near tsns/hswc doesn't matter but their tmp does
filt uses ctype to store it's data :/
