    I know about the Github, but I still find it very very strange that this happened. I understand the phantom matter and how it works, but that doesn't help me understand what happened.

    You may have found a bug in TPT? That is the weirdest thing ever. I drew DMND on top of it while played. After that, I pasted a stamp on top. The bottom phantom matter was completely gone. I erased the DMND, and the top phantom matter was still there, but even still, the other phantom matter got destroyed!
