actually, that's not quite right. If I put down NEUT, or certain other elements, and then I paste a stamp while that element is at least partially penetrating the phantom matter, then the phantom matter vanishes

if I draw elements onto the material while unpaused and then paste a stamp, all of the phantom stuff disappears, even the parts I never touched

Particle limit... That's annoying. I guess you win, but it is fixed now and will not work anymore. I was not expecting a plain DRAY bomb to come along and win.

I used my strongest bomb, couldnt completly destroy it. I then used my secound strongest bomb, immediatly vaporized. here is the one that vaporized it id:2936245

BTW, the bottom left is actually very SMDB resistant. If you save it in a new save and then put SRAD or SMDB on it it survives until the particle limit is hit.

Well, pausing the simulation and using the erase tool is something I don't like, in fact not at all. Because of this, I'm going to make some rules:You must make your device in a different save, and then paste it into this one.No modded elements. You must have a device or bomb, you may not use the erase tool or other tools. You may not destroy anything whatsoever besides signs before pasting your bomb/device.

SING also causes it to break down

If you pause the simulation and use the erase tool it can delete it.

Zilozite: Are you sure you had played the simulation? The eraser tool doesn't work as Benavenko already mentioned.
