The Lincoln Machine Number 1, otherwise known as the "Little Wille" was the first ever functioning tank prototype. Developed in 1915, it weighed 16.5 metric tonnes and only had 10mm of armour all around and a max speed of 3kph.

    It also broke down instantly, so it is not functional and can't move. So the description is false.
