Fixed the shutdown problem, it was caused by the thermal shutdown being to sensitive so I moved it from 500c to 600c which worked in the past but I lowered it more to tighten up the thermal protection, which worked but because despite days of testing I didn't think to test turning it off and on to check for startup problems I failed to notice the problem. Please feel free to let me know if anyother issues arise because as the creater I am bound to miss things I failed to test for.
