Water engine by Chernobylll
This engine runs on 100% water and in theory it would never runn out of it, because when burned the H2 reacts with the O2 creating H2O so again water. The engine is a copy of nuker's desing.

you still need energy to split water apart the engine could only make enough power to create as much fuel as it burned
