Laser Ignition Fusion Reactor by XBlueBeam
uses fuel pellets, lasers and a bunch of other stuff to make a fusion reactor that can easily be turned on or off at any time. It has a chance to fail igniting the fuel pellet, but if that happens just turn the reactor off and on. this is a prototype!

the emergency shutdown lowers pressure in main chamber and dumps the core, thats all it does. -
