  This title is misleading. Neutrons are only used to convert the cloned WATR into DSTW, which is electrolyzed (just like regular WATR, this doesn't even protect IRON from rusting since OXYG has an effect too). The fusion reactor simply doesn't work. Finally, you are literally using CONV (not even PLNT) to convert the synthesis products into OXYG! -1.
