Its a cell! People used to make these a while back. Basically if you mix WARP with SHLD and MERC then SPRK it you'll get this. Though it appears that someone added CONV(SPRK) to it so they didn't have to use as much MERC (Normally you need enough that the sprk sustains itself in hundreds of loops)
