Due to a horrible mistake I made, I ended up saving a destroyed version of this save. Changelog: Reworked top server building, added quarantine zone, bioresearch area, quarantine seals, cavern no longer used, extra nukes. Two sets of nukes now!

    Sorry, it required a reupload of a previous backup to fix. The main change here is the mutated ZIM plants, quarantined in the east area of the cavern
