It has strange properties as it decays into normal vibranium, i've only managed to create it in an activated state and there is a difference between it and blue painted vibranium in terms of glow

If u use the consoule to set the life value super high you can get permanant blue vibr. -

it turns blue when in contact with CLFM, it dosent explode when it goes super critical and can be used to make electricity with it
