Firstly, CXMS tech is supposed to be compact; secondly, EMP range is uncontrollable and will damage any electronics used alongside it. -

Tip: Instead of cloning BREL directly, make a SLCN and BRMT clone that clone the elements, melt them, cool them down (in a different chamber, SLCN and BRMT make PSCN/NSCN), EMP them, and you have NTCT/BREL. If there's NTCT, EMP it again. -
