I fixed it, ID:3100847. If you want constant power output you need a more complex design, but my little tweak allows you to get SPRK out of it for at least part of its cycle. Feel free to use the fixed version if you want -

I assume you are trying to make electricity? For vibr to make electricity, it needs to be in direct contact with cflm when it reachs its countdown. Look at nuclear1449's vibr-deut reactor if you want to study a working design. -
