And the VIBR needs to also be in contact with a conductor (only certain ones work), otherwise there's nothing for it to pass electricity TO
Also "it's not reacting" doesn't give us any information, because you didn't say WHAT reaction you're aiming for
I assume you are trying to make electricity? For vibr to make electricity, it needs to be in direct contact with cflm when it reachs its countdown. Look at nuclear1449's vibr-deut reactor if you want to study a working design.
