Control rods are floored by default. you'll have to start it yourself. I skipped the turbine part. The contrast with the ceramic was killing me, i had to change it.

    try and have a relief valve for steam. I noticed that steam clogs the system up and no water can get to the rods

    I'll change the condensators design, they feel out of place..
