Modified LIDAR array that uses NEUT to detect objects. Can detect materials that absorb or react w/ PHOT (BIZS and PSCN/NSCN as examples). Don't use on DEUT (or do use; I don't care).

    It works; just not well :p Also, I made a combined PHOT/NEUT version; it also works poorly. Making a page one rewrite of this concept but still in progress. Key point is that NEUT reflects differently than PHOT depending on materials.
