I since I have made the auto scram system good enough to call it safe, I can now recommend running it without the logic gate mod, it just will be slower and much more dramatic when it kicks in. So if running a mod makes your skin crawl you are in luck (I got stuck in quite a discussion about it in the comments on my original model for my compact reactor series) and it was and still is the biggest complaint I have ever gotten.

Change notes: 1: conected the permanate warning indicator to the auto scram system. 2: Added a way to manually reset the autoscram system. 3: increased the sensitivity of the auto scram systems temp sensor

Added a auto scram system, please note it will permenetly disable the reaction chamber.
