@Gowate said it well. It is really really busy. Not sure what Japan-ish is or why that would be a bad thing, but I feel like the ground needs to be either less of the logo and only one or two elements, or more of the logo with the current mix

I think it's too complex and a bit hard to look at. You could make it a little less complex, especially the terrain, it has a lot of stuff in it. I like the tree and grass, somewhat reminds me of cube world with those bright colors. Quartz is a good idea, but you should try to make it less bright, with less white or something, or maybe add a better transition from it to the typical pitch black background of TPT, like something grey or dark and pale turquoise.
