    Yes, you can use PGRV to move away enemies. As to difficulty, I am a difficulty oriented person. If you check out my other levels, I am all about making things blood boilingly difficult, and once I am done, I try to make it even harder, hahaha

    the 3rd level should not be this much harder than the 1st and 2nd, which were totally fine difficulty for 1st and 2nd
