    i looked at colour index on wikipedia (not the best source) and it was 0.65 which looks almost white but a bit orange

    K9V would be a very dim orange dwarf, not a yellow dwarf like shown here

    this star, picture here, is probably a K9V, its the closest match to its color i could find, since the color of the star here isnt actually part of the blackbody spectrum

    not only is this not white, that VV isnt what a white dwarf is, a white dwarf IS a dead star, its not just a dwarf star with a temperature of 6000 kelvin
