technically considered a blowout, but chernobyl, which this is absed off of, was both. a steam blowout first that blew the UBS (Elena) off of the core, and caused the hydrogen explosion, and a meltdown that formed corium. very nice save. the steam also has a nice radiation effect as the radiation being emitted would be visibly blue from the air being ionized. -
