  The reason I can use RDMD (realistic diamond), which is a modded element, is because this bacterium would be several hundred kilometres bellow the surface of the ground, and so, if the bacterium just applied a little bit more pressure to carbon-heavy substances, or just pure carbon, then it could be partially turned into diamond.

  As for lithium, it is actually extremely common in nature, even though it is reactive, because it is one of the most simple elements, and so it can be formed quite easilly, and so the main hurdle, would just be containing it, without getting harmed, however this issue doesn't really apply in this case, because it is surrounded by ceramic, instead of proteins, as this bacterium is more mineral based than biologically based.

  Neon and lithium seem to break this rule, however neon is actually abundant in nature, just very spread out, and thus in very small amounts. This is not an issue though, as this bacterium would have a lifespan of up to a few million years, and so it would definitely be able to collect enough for a single wire in the mineral storage organelle.

  I will just give you a quick run through, of the rules that I am following, when making this cell. I am not allowed to use any materials that don't exist in real life, with the exception of insulator, because there are many insulating materials in real life, and in this case, insulator could be proteins. I am not allowed to use any materials that are not naturally occuring.

  The two most popular mods, based on what I know, are crack1,000's and ultimata. :) Ultimata gives you more stuff, but cracker's is still cool.

  I'm sorry that the spine shaped bit in the mineral storage bit, is not destructable, however this might change, and even if not, there is still a good reson for it. :)

  Just search up the powder toy ultimata mod, and find a download, it is probably on reddit or something, it is very informal. Good luck, and don't worry; It didn't take me long, after half an hour, you should have it, but there is a good chance that it'll only take you 20 minutes. :)
