A variant on my reactors - a PHOT producing GLOW-based duper, with lower yields and limited effectiveness. Great for more controlled bursts of PHOT. The outer layer is needed to "store" PHOT for long enough to reset the GLOW life.

    The GLOW-PHOT loop runs off a timer - GLOW life must be 0 to create PHOT and upon doing so increases to a large number - i never checked what.

    I know about the NEUT/PHOT cycle - check this duper's brother for a demonstration, but NEUT will have no effect in GLOW (i think.)
