This is damage. I was making a bomb and i accidentally placed uranium over itself. Apparently that makes DMG. The damage also explodes by itself, and is more explosive than normal

    i believe it's because DMG creates pressure and URAN reacts under pressure. the DMG immediately binds to the URAN and produces a bunch of heat and pressure.
