A prototype rechargeable Lithium Battery that uses PHOT to basically read the charge of Lithium to automate a discharge process. I've been meaning to make one of these for a long time but I've never had a great grasp of FILT tech. Copy with credit.

    Gonna try and fix or make an updated version of this during the holiday if possible. I've noticed that sometimes it can kind of burst into flames, which I don't recall happening before.
